PRODUCT REVIEWSFood & Drink: Buster Rhino's BBQ![]() We were planning a party a while ago, and we wanted to serve our guests some BBQ. We thought “How are we going to feed 40 people something yummy from the grill?” We didn’t want to be tied to the barbecue for the entire afternoon, so we decided to contact some catering companies. For most of them, a group of 40 was too small to be viable (bringing out staff, BBQ equipment, etc.) Then I hit on Buster Rhino’s. I had tried their food at a local fair some time ago and I remembered how tasty it was. So I called them up. They had the perfect solution: pulled pork sandwiches. They can provide their unbelievable pork in their own barbecue sauce in a frozen vacuum-sealed bag. All you have to do is boil it in water for 8 minutes, make some baked beans and coleslaw and presto, you have traditional southern BBQ without even lighting the grill. I also recommend picking up some of their Buster Rhino’s BBQ sauce for that extra messy dripping sandwich. You can order Buster Rhino’s meats and sauces directly from Buster Rhino’s (go to www.busterrhinos.com for their contact information.) You can also get their BBQ sauce at some Costco locations. E-mail me at Fred@ShopAware.com and let me know what you think of the Buster Rhino’s experience – but use a wet nap before you start typing on the keyboard! |
