ShopAware Inc. collects this Personal Information from you when you voluntarily submit the information to ShopAware.com as a request for products, participate in our contests, surveys or sweepstakes, seek registration for our e-newsletter or mailing list, submit a review or request any of our services.

ShopAware Inc. does not knowingly accept any personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or 19 depending on your province or territory ("children"). We instruct all children not to provide any personal information. Should a parent become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us by sending an e-mail to or by calling 905-649-8354 (Local) or 1-800-370-8354 (Long distance) Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm ET to request that we delete your child’s information from our records. ShopAware Inc. uses the personal information you provide to us to process an Order, notify you if you have won a contest or sweepstakes, respond to your inquiries or send you requested information when it is appropriate to do so. ShopAware Inc. may also use your personal information internally to better manage our business, to improve our site, to better understand your needs and to improve the services, products and benefits ShopAware Inc. may offer to you.

BUSINESS DIRECTORY LINKAGES

At times you may be able to link to other businesses through the ShopAware site. We will not provide any of your personal information to any linked site - you will be responsible to review their Privacy Policy and provide - or not provide - your personal information directly to that business.
